What is the benefit of taking this course in person vs online?

The online courses are excellent resources for you to learn techniques for you to implement into your practice. However, the in person course is where you can get direct feedback on your skills, see what they feel like and be immersed into a dynamic learning environment over 2 days. We also dive a bit deeper into exercise prescription as well compared to the online courses. If you really want to improve your hands on skills, attending in person is the way to go!
